Free Outdoor Yoga

Join us for an all levels outdoor yoga class where you can literally lift your heart towards the sky. This class is designed to increase mobility and stability, reduce tension and calm the nervous system. Students learn yoga postures with a focus on mindful alignment and modifications to support a functional range of motion. Explore breathing and relaxation techniques to help you feel balanced and peaceful.
Class takes place in the studio side yard, adjacent to the parking lot. This class will be held outdoors if the weather permits, if rain, class will moved into the studio or zoom. Bring a yoga mat and optional beach towel to place under your mat.
