A list of locations the Medallion has been found at since 1980.
2020 – 2011
- 2021 – Bald Eagle Regional Park, White Bear Township
- 2020 – Shore of Goose Lake, White Bear Lake
- 2019 – Lakewood Hills Park wooden medallion was glued to the end of a broken branch and put in oak tree hole
- 2018 – Lakewood Hills Park slid between two roots under an ash tree in the park’s amphitheater
- 2017 – Matoska Park stuck into the base of a wild iris plant
- 2016 – Railroad Park spiked into the ground beneath a large blue spruce
- 2015 – Fox Meadow Park stuffed into the hole of a tree and held up with a false bottom
- 2014 – Varney Lake Park placed inside of a fake raccoon skin hat wit the hair matted and placed in the high weeds
- 2013 – Rutherford Park attached to a piece of driftwood and placed on beach
- 2012 – Historic Train Depot placed in a fake stone made out of modeling clay and placed in bushes north of depot
- 2011 – Moon Lake Park wrapped in toilet paper and hidden in a rotted stump
2010 – 2001
- 2010 – Polar Lakes Park wrapped with blades of tall grass and placed on a hill overlooking the ball fields
- 2009 – Memorial Beach placed behind a large landscaping rock
- 2008 – Wedgewood Park (Mahtomedi); slipped into moss growing on a fallen tree near the pond
- 2007 – Ramsey County Beach placed in a bag and thrown into high weeds between the parking lot and Highway 96
- 2006 – Lion’s Park placed in a fake stone made out of modeling clay and placed in shrubs near restrooms
- 2005 – Jack Yost Park placed in a fake stone made out of modeling clay and put 103 paces from a V-shaped tree
- 2004 – Bossard Park wrapped in double-sided tape, rolled in sand and placed in playground area
- 2003 – Podvin Park medallion had a hole drilled in it and, using fishing line, was lowered into a storm drain
- 2002 – Rotary Farm Nature Preserve slipped into a Dr. Pepper bottle and paced out from a wooden deck
- 2001 – Central Park Middle School wedged between two rocks and placed under a wooden bridge near Bloom Avenue

2000 – 1991
- 2000 – West Park wrapped in double-sided tape, rolled in broken charcoal and placed at the base of a grill
- 1999 – Wildwood Park (Mahtomedi) slid into a bed of moss near Lost Lake
- 1998 – Bald Eagle Park placed in a plastic bag and slid under a slanted tree
- 1997 – First St & Clark Ave placed at the base of a green mailbox
- 1996 – Bellaire Park placed in the hole of an oak tree
- 1995 – Lakewood Hills Park placed in the low branches of an oak tree near ballfields
- 1994 – Four Seasons Park placed on the ground near swing
- 1993 – Wedgewood Park (Mahtomedi) placed on the ground
- 1992 – Matoska Park placed on the ground near the gazebo
- 1991 – Bloomquist Park (Birchwood) placed on the ground near the tennis courts

- 1990 – Sunrise Park Middle School placed on ground near football practice equipment
- 1989 – Mead Park hidden beneath a tree along Dillon St
- 1988 – Bellaire Beach placed in a small mound of sand near the pavilion
- 1987 – Vadnais Elementary School (Vadnais Heights) hidden on the ground behind the backstop of a ballfield
- 1986 – Lakewood Hills Park placed in the tall grass near a pond
- 1985 – Clark Avenue, White Bear Lake placed on the ground near the War monument
- 1984 – Podvin Park placed in a bush near the pavilion
- 1983 – Mariner High School (South Campus) placed in high grass near Gall School
- 1982 – Ramaley Park placed in a bush by playground equipment
